Steps to Complete 2024 League Baseball/Softball Franchise Renewal
Click on the link below to complete your 2024 Franchise form once you have determined the number of your 2024 teams in each age division.
2024 DYB Baseball Franchise Online Form
· Click on the “Online Baseball Franchise Form” link above;
· Enter your league franchise number (Yxxxx) and zip code to pull up the baseball league admin screen;
2024 DYS Softball Franchise Form
· Click on the “ Softball Franchise Renewal” link above;
· EnterComplete the softball renewal form, print a copy and save on your computer and email to sotball@dybusa.org;
(1) Before entering teams, click on the edit link next to your league name as shown below and enter current contact information for your league officers.
(2) Finally, enter your regular season teams and your fees which are computed for you, choose your method of payment, enter date first league games will be played, and the number of games scheduled for each team.
(3) Enter your name and title to go to a payment screen and print pdf of your franchise form which will automatically be emailed to your state and district director.
